How to play Adepta Sororitas

A flexible faith-and-flame mid-range army of bolters, flamers, and melta that holds objectives well and can 'cheat' the most important rolls of the game.

Army rule: Miracle Dice / Acts of Faith: bank a Miracle Dice each round and whenever a unit dies, then substitute one for a die in any roll (one per unit per phase) so it counts as that unmodified value. Stockpile early and spend on the highest-leverage save, charge, or wound.

Strengths

  • Dice manipulation gives unmatched reliability on your most important rolls
  • Broad toolkit with anti-infantry, melta anti-tank, and indirect fire and no glaring gap
  • Good durability for the points; mechanics actively reward taking casualties
  • Hallowed Martyrs makes depleted units hit and wound harder

Weaknesses

  • Mostly short-to-mid range, so you must push into the new -1-to-hit cover rule
  • Miracle Dice are finite; spending greedily early leaves you exposed late
  • Few alpha-strike assassination tools, relies on combined arms not one big hammer

Signature combos

Gameplan

Spread out, hold multiple objectives, and trade efficiently while banking dice early. Spend big on the decisive turn to guarantee an objective flip or lock a key combat. You win on consistency by scoring the primary, not by tabling.

Playing against Adepta Sororitas

Bait out their Miracle Dice early on forced saves or charges before their key turn, then out-range them and avoid feeding the engine free dice by trading models into them.
